COVID-19 RESPONSE


First, thank you for being part of our flying family and for choosing us as your helicopter service provider.

In response to the government’s COVID-19 guidelines, Group 3 is taking all necessary precautions to ensure the well-being of our employees and clients.

The safety of our clients and our team members is our top priority. We would like to reassure you, our clients about your safety and the safety of our aircraft.

We will face some difficult times ahead. But we will get through these challenges by working together, sharing the responsibility to reduce the spread of germs, staying home when sick and doing all that we can to reduce in-person contact with others.

Steps we take to ensure all our passengers and pilots are safe.

  • Pilots and staff have been advised to not shake hands.
  • Our pilots will wear gloves as much as possible, and will need to clean or sanitize surfaces before and after each flight.
  • All headsets, mic booms will be sanitized using approved cleaning products.
  • Door handles, seat belt buckles and seats will be sterilized with approved cleaners.


If you or someone in your household is showing signs of illness, including fever or flu-like symptoms, we ask that you reschedule any flying plans.
